Macarons
Sea salt caramel, hazelnut and a rotating spectrum, light as air, in the Parisian style.

Hand-laminated croissants, a rainbow of macarons and pâtisserie classics, made from scratch every morning on Prince Street.
Le French Fix has brought authentic French pâtisserie to Prince Street since 2012, handcrafted by French pastry chef Geoffroy Chevallier. The case is small and changes by the day, from buttery croissants to a rainbow of macarons in flavours like sea salt caramel and hazelnut.
No shortcuts and no preservatives. Just good flour, real butter and a great deal of patience.
